A setback/access permit from the Department of Transportation or City of Miramichi Public Works Department.

An approval from the Department of Health and Wellness for any onsite sewer system, or the City of Miramichi Public Works Department for the connection of sanitary sewer services.

A Building Permit application form, available at the Planning Commission office, duly completed.

Property identification (PID) number, available from Service New Brunswick.
