What information is required?

  1. A setback/access permit from the Department of Transportation or City of Miramichi Public Works Department.

  2. An approval from the Department of Health and Wellness for any onsite sewer system, or the City of Miramichi Public Works Department for the connection of sanitary sewer services.

  3. Site and building plans.

  4. A Building Permit application form, available at the Planning Commission office, duly completed.

  5. Property identification (PID) number, available from Service New Brunswick.

  6. Approvals from other government agencies; if required.

  7. Any other requirements to certify conformity.

  8. Applicable fees.
