Overview and Jurisdictional Boundaries
The
Miramichi Planning District Commission is a body
corporate established by a Ministerial Order under the provisions of the Community Planning Act of the province of New Brunswick.
A board of ten Members who are appointed by the Municipality or Province
governs the Commission.
